Artist Edition for Texte zur Kunst

Yinka Shonibare CBE's recent Artist Edition for Texte zur Kunst is titled ‘Modernist Inspirations’ and references the artist's interest in the influence of African objects on Modernism. This edition’s preliminary drawings were created as part of Shonibare’s broader research into the ways in which Western Modernist artists appropriated forms from African artifacts.

The latest TZK Editions also includes works by Simon Fujiwara, Xenia Hausner, Jacqueline Humphries and Avery Singer. By purchasing one or more of these editions, five percent of the proceeds will go to the United Nations World Food Programme.
